As young women our voices are so underestimated. Adults think that us teenagers don't know what we are talking about because our brains aren't fully developed, which is no reason to think that. To this day women are still not equal to men. We have women rights that are being snatched away right in front of us by the president. I'am not sure if many of you saw that vsco post with a women standing on the sidewalk with a sign in her hand that said "women belong in the kitchen". When I saw that photo I wanted to throw up. Its so sad to think that there not only women in Minnesota, but all around the world that think of women that low almost like we don't have a place. We all have a say in this society and its already hard enough to be a woman, but its even harder to have people hear our voices. Us girls have to stick together and if we do imagine what we can do. This world has so many issues we are seen as less valuable compared to men. Every year 4.7 million women in America are abused and assaulted by their partner, men think it is okay to just say what they want or do what they want because they think they have more dominance. Young and old women are treated terribly for their opinions on woman's power and rights. Speak up girls can do anything. We have a voice, so use it to help.
